Working with Schools
Krazy Kat Theatre Company has an admirable thirty year history of touring in to schools in the U.K.
We are fully compliant with all Government and Education Board safety recommendations.
We are regularly invited to re-visit mainstream, mixed ability and deaf schools and many schools with H.I.U.s.
We have a proven track record of engaging coherently with additional needs and autistic spectral (S.L.D., A.S.D. and P.M.L.D.) as well as deaf and mainstream hearing children.
We have a clear understanding of daily timetables and our work is tailor-made to fit in to the school schedule.
Our productions are suitable for Nursery, Reception and KS1 pupils.
With a view to Covid 19 restrictions and working very closely with each of our host contacts, we look to adhere to any and all physical-distancing rules as may be recommended by the government at the time, and of course fully comply with all relevant education board directives and with the Government Stage 4 roadmap.
We arrive ‘in costume’ and will need no technical back up nor a dressing or changing area.
We play to audience ‘bubbles’ of up to 30 presenting short performances up to 6 times per day.
We arrive with all necessary sanitation equipment.
